Buffalo Beginnings
We have been trying to organize our family photos one shoe box at a time, and the process has led to some great walks down memory lane. Some of the greatest memories in the last 10 years have been the beginnings of our Buffalo Chip business. All the sweat, blood and tears that went into endless days at summer festivals, endless nights cooking at Eat-A-Burger (listening to Beatles music and overdosing on soda) and years on end of trying to make things work. Best of all we always had our family behind us to help us out and support our dreams. We have the best family ever! Thanks for the help and happy memories!

Vrrroooom!
Well, after 20 plus years of driving around in beat up cars that are falling apart in more places than holding together, Daniel joined the ranks of good-looking men driving good-looking cars. :) We sold his Ford Taurus, a van we had bought for some quick turnaround money and drove home yesterday in his new Nissan Murano. It is a great car and he deserves it!

Don't step on a crack............
OK let'sstart with Sarah.
It was a warm sunny President's Day weekend. A great day for snowboarding with friends. A few good runs down the mountain, a peanut butter sandwich....life is good. Just one more run down "My Oh My Mountain" and the day will be complete.

"My Oh My"

The Break
The Mend
The Friends
And then there was James. Same mountain, different friends.

My Oh My!!!!!!!!

A tender brother and sister moment!

Wild Buffalo
Aloha
It was the trip of a lifetime. 11 days on a secluded Hawaiian island, tropical birds, tropical breezes, good food, great company, even a swim with the dolphins. Truly a moment in paradise. All we could think of was how we wished all of you were there to share it with us. Take a look.

Our view in the morning.

Not much on the island but foliage and water, so we went exploring.

Koele was almost like being in the mountains, a little on the cool side, even the foliage was different.

Then 10 minutes and we were back in the tropics with 80 degree weather. Daniel swam with 150 dolphins in this bay.

Our view at night.
Mahalo. We love you.

Go Colts!
Michael is a diehard Colts fan. After 2 years of playing "Colts" summer football at Cottonwood High School, his loyalty is rock solid. During the playoff game with the Patriots he got so into the game we had to turn it off for a minute to prevent him from rupturing any blood vessels in his excitement. Needless to say this week has been spent preparing for the big game and unquestionable Colts victory. He and Melissa have spent hours making banners to hang at John and Tresa's house this Sunday, and Mike is eager to show his support with his new Colts apparel. It is great to see him so excited about something like this, and we do our best to share his enthusiasm! Go Colts!

Merry Christmas!

Christmas is not quite the chaotic rush it was when we had all 6 kids at home, but we make up for the madness in plenty of ways. This year we had fun at John and Tresa's Christmas Eve where Grandpa Santa made a special appearance. Then Christmas day was spent quietly at home until noon, when the Seron girls hopped on a plane to California. Baby Aliyah met her Great-Grandma Margaret for the first time, along with some of her
Hernandez aunts, uncles and cousins. Christmas is a time for love and family and boy do we love our family!
